Free shipping, really?
We always provide free shipping, and free shipping on returns. You don’t even have to ask us, just expect it!
How do you ship, and how long will it take to receive my order?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Smart Post. We ship orders out fast, either the same day or next business day, depending on what time the order is placed. Your order is carefully packaged and is shipped from North Carolina. Shipping time to the Eastern part of the United States takes 1-4 days, Midwest takes 3-4 days, and the West Coast usually takes 4-7 days to arrive. (The Spokane WA area seems to take the longest, which makes me sad since I grew up and went to school in eastern Washington.) We only ship in the continental United States, which means only the lower 48 states, and not to HI, AK, Puerto Rico or International.
What do you mean by 100% Customer Satisfaction policy?
It’s true, we mean it. We want our customers to be 100% happy with doing business with us and we will do almost anything to make it right. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please let us know and we’ll issue a free return label to send back the order for a full refund. We do returns with a smile and sincere appreciation for giving us the opportunity to earn your business.
What if I have to return my order?
We make returns so easy, just contact us and let us know, or log into your account and click the return order link in the completed orders section. We will cheerfully email you a free shipping label to send the order back at your convenience for a full refund. We have a no-hassle return policy. Please try and let us know before 90 days if you need to return the order.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Not a problem if you ordered the wrong size. We will gladly help and replace the air filters for the correct size, or we can send a free return label to send the filters back for a full refund if they didn’t work out.
Oh No! My package looks like someone sat on it, or it was left out in the rain!
No Worries! We will happily replace any damaged filters which occurred during shipping. We just ask that you email or text us a picture so we can show our shipping carrier so we can ask them what’s up with this damaged package, or sometimes it’s needed for shipping insurance purposes.
When can I expect a refund?
We issue refunds on returns the same day when the returned order is received, or if we can confirm the returned shipment by checking the tracking. Our goal is to refund your money as fast as possible. Once we issue a refund, it generally takes your bank 4-8 days to put the funds back on your card.
